About this listing

Solid Oak Picture Frame is a replica of frames from over 100 years ago. I have included a photo of it hanging on our wall (with the framed picture blanked out). This photo shows the size and balance of the frame within the right environment. This beautiful solid oak frame was designed by the seller and custom made by a leading local N.Z. manufacturer of handcrafted timber frames. The detailed design has a 90mm wide frame with slight outward angle to replicate the antique style that I wanted. There is a “bevelled detail” to the outer edge of the frame, another detail to replicate an antique style. Beautifully made and finished. There is an internal gold shade frame that can be easily removed or changed if necessary. Therefore, this frame can be easily adapted to your required dimensions. A strong chain fixed to frame to hanging. Overall Height 820mm (approx) Overall Width 1025mm (approx) Oak frame width – 90mm Internal gold trim – 30mm wide Refer to photos for dimensions in more detail. We paid over $400 to have this frame made to our design. Pick up is in Redwood, Christchurch.
