A fabulous piece of history. According to Google, likely 18th Century Swiss or Dutch. The touch marks show it to be a quality piece, both the x under the crown and the angel in a shield. In fantastic condition for it's age - the rattan handle, unusually, intact. A wonderful display piece for the discerning collector.
