A KPM pastille burner is an antique porcelain fragrance diffuser made by the Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin (Royal Porcelain Factory) in Germany during the 18th or 19th century. These rare decorative pieces feature hand-painted floral designs, rich gold accents, and pierced or open lids designed to release scented smoke from burning pastilles.
