Mercian Elite CF95 Xtreme Bend Hockey Stick - Elite Composite Technology Unlock your potential with the Mercian Elite CF95 Hockey Stick, a premium choice for elite athletes and aspiring intermediate players. Crafted with a 95% carbon lay-up and a fibreglass micro-skeleton, this stick provides exceptional touch and feel, surpassing the CK95 model. The Xtreme bend combines popular features with new elements, including a thinned toe for 3D skills, flattened backhand zone for accuracy, 24.5mm bend, 2mm concave shaft, 4-degree face twist, and thinned handle. Nano polymer resin creates a flexible but stronger bond between composite layers, increasing stiffness and reducing the risk of de-lamination. Mercian's QCS technology uses braided carbon strands to create a 360-degree carbon sleeve, providing seamless strength, softer feel, and exceptional energy transfer. Additional sleeves at stress points enhance protection, delivering maximum power and durability. Key Features: * 95% Carbon Construction: Superior stiffness and energy transfer for powerful strikes. * Xtreme Bend: 24.5mm bend at 200mm from the head, perfect for drag-flicking and executing advanced skills. * Quad-Carbon Sleeve: Provides 360-degree strength, a softer feel, and enhanced power. * Advanced Vibration Control: Piezo-electric fibres convert vibrations into heat for efficient dampening. * Durable Materials: Nano-polymer resin and Tungsten Carbide diffused Kevlar (TCDK) technology ensure longevity and performance. * High Friction Finish: The final layer of lacquer on the face of the stick is mixed with fine grains of silicon polymer to create a texture that stops the ball spinning on contact. These tiny rubber particles 'squash' on ball impact, providing a damping effect. * Precision Handling: The Extreme Bend features a thinned toe for easier ball elevation, while the flat backhand zone enhances shooting accuracy. * Enhanced Skills: Optimiz...
