About this listing

A gorgeous art nouveau meets Roccoco dish. Wonderful scalloped handles with a beautifully Serpentine shaped body. Base says 370 over 24. Going on Google 370 is either the month of production or plant / Kiln unit and 24 makes the year it was produced as 1924?? Not sure who made this, but it is in great condition if that age is accurate. 5cm in height and 25cm by 23cm.
