About this listing

Recommended for adult reading, Zooey opens a door into the world of zookeepers as never described before. The author does not hold back as he recalls true stories about zoo people and events that may amuse and shock the reader, in a 'tell-it-like-it-is' style. The events described in this book are from Steve's own career experiences over two decades working in six zoos across three countries. He shares hilarious moments, a shocking tragedy, exposes cover-ups, along with camaraderie and betrayals.
